"I had reserved 5 rooms for the Comfort Inn in Green Bay. I had 5 reservation numbers. I called the day before we were due to arrive and confirmed all 5 rooms. When we checked in the Manager hassled one of the guest about her World Perks. When the final guest tried to check in the manager said the room was cancelled via the travel agency. He was rude to all of the guests and told me there was nothing we could do. He told me I must have called the wrong hotel (amazingly the other 4 rooms were at this hotel). Upon checkout I was told by the front desk clerk that he didn't understand why his manager told me the room was not available as it was in reserved status on friday. I even had someone from room service apologize for the way the manager treated us. I contacted my credit card company and the reservation company and after further research they discovered the room was cancelled by comfort inn and no cancellation notice was sent out. Interesting though how I confirmed it on Friday."

The Comfort Inn Green Bay is conveniently located off Highway 41 and 172, approximately three miles from Austin-Straubel Field Airport. Local attractions include Ashwaubomay Park, Bay Beach Amusement Center, Lambeau Stadium, Packer Hall of Fame, and Brown City Fairgrounds.
Hotel amenities include deluxe continental breakfast, indoor pool, and whirlpool. Pets under 35lbs are allowed with a fee and cannot be left unattended. The hotel also offers one and two-night casino, dinner, and shopping packages.
Guest rooms are newly renovated and feature coffeemakers, hairdryers, irons, ironing boards, and telephones with dataports.
Please note that pet accommodations require a 75USD cleaning fee per stay (limit: 35 lbs. Pets cannot be left unattended.
